In BDO Eaton Square, we work with great clients across diverse verticals on subject areas such as Strategy Development and Implementation, Organisation Design, Project Management and PMO, People & Culture projects, Change Management, Commercial Trade Terms Development, Project Implementations, and awesome CRM & HCM technologies with leading software partners. Some of the team specialise in Talent Management, Workplace Mediation & Investigations and others in Data Visualisation & Analytics and Technology implementations (HCM in particular).

Four key things to consider when applying to join our team...
- We are people and we work with people - this may sound obvious, but it's often missed. We look for people who add to our capability and culture by being authentic, fun, smart people who have an outgoing personality that can engage with us and our clients. We do great work, with great colleagues, for great clients and have great fun doing this.
- Our team works on a wide variety of assignments so you need to be comfortable with this variety in order to get great experience working on super projects.
- Our team works with multiple clients simultaneously, so it is highly unlikely that you will be assigned to a long-term placement on a single client site. This great variety keeps us fresh.
- Apply if you want to do interesting things with interesting clients and are happy to put in the hard yards to make a difference. It is not going to be handed to you, you earn it yourself through learning, reading, experiencing and practising in order for you to be your best. We support you, but it takes your time, your effort and your commitment and it is really worth it!
