Our BDO Returner Programme is open to qualified, experienced professionals who have previously worked in Professional Services and who may have taken time out of their career or moved into another sector and who are now looking to Return to Professional Services. Interview Process

We have created a bespoke process for our Returner Programme with the aim to allow a two-way conversation, ensuring candidates get a window into what working at BDO really looks like. We ensure that candidates get to meet the team and other Returners who can share how the Returner Programme has worked for them. Our process includes:


We ensure that your onboarding process is streamlined and that you have opportunities to meet the team prior to your official start date. The onboarding process includes:
•Pre-read documentation to familiarise yourself with the role and department, our company values etc  
•Assigned a buddy and a Returner Mentor 
•Insight into your training plan 

Our Returners Training Programme includes both technical training but also some of the softer skills that we know Returners can require. Training is a mix of online, classroom and shadowing and includes
